If you’re part of DIY community and a hardware hacker, you’re probably familiar with Fritzing! It’s a fantastic software for creating schematic images of electrical circuits. One of the great features of Fritizing is its openness that enables users to make and customize new parts.
Recently I worked on a circuit with an embedded small red light laser as an indicator but I could not find appropriate part for Fritzing so I created this component from scratch. It’s a 5mW, red(630nm) laser diode module which is very popular in electrical projects. It’s based on available Red LED of Core package but with a different breadboard appearance.
